This report section helps you to quickly generate various reports based on Issues & Points, Checklist Status, active and inactive clients/entities and Task Status details.
Issues & Points-Open
Shows open Issues and Points that need resolution. This report provides information on all Issues and Points with the Status Open that are retrieved from the Add Issues page.
Select the relevant filters and click Run Report to generate the Issues/Points-Open report.
This report is typically used by: Managers, Partners, and Staff.
Save the report before you purge information in the report. Run the report bi-weekly to keep track of open issues and points. Save and print the report if you are an XCM user who does not have free access to XCM. |

This report provides information on all Issues and Points with the Status Open and Closed.

CheckList Status
This report shows all open and closed Checklist items sorted by Task. The report provides information on who made the changes on the Checklist items and when the changes were made.
This report is typically used by: Managers, Partners, and Staff.
CheckList Details
This report shows all open and closed Checklist items sorted by client/entity and Task. This report helps to track Checklist Status across all Clients/Entities and Tasks.
Select the report filter and click Run Report.
The CheckList Details report displays the following columns. The table below the CheckList Details indicates the other columns available in the report.

My Clients/Entities–Tasks
Displays the assigned Tasks of the currently logged in user, the Tasks are sorted by client/entity. This report provides details on all active and inactive clients/entities, the Tasks they are responsible for completing, and the Task workflow applicable to the logged in user.
This report is typically used by: Managers, Partners, and Staff and can be run bi-weekly.
Tasks I Moved
Shows all Tasks moved by the currently logged in user for a specific duration. The report provides information on when Tasks specific to clients/entities that were last moved.
Select the required filter and click Run Report.
This report is typically used by: Managers, Partners, and Staff and can be run when required by the firm.
It is recommended that the report be run daily to identify which Tasks were moved by a specific user. The report helps to identify the clients/entities handled by individual users. |
