Mass data entry into XCM is done using the Import Spreadsheet. The data that is imported is used to create clients and Tasks without having to enter details individually. This also provides firms with an Excel version of locations, users, groups and Task Types.
From the Utilities menu, select Setup Utilities > Prepare for Import.
Click Export to download the Import Spreadsheet which is an Excel file with four tabs as follows: Locations, Users, Groups, and Task Types.
