Tasks Assigned to Me

Displays all the Tasks that are assigned to you (logged in user).

Tasks I Moved

Shows a history of all the Tasks you moved. This feature is helpful in the event you moved a Task to the wrong place, you can find it quickly using the Tasks I Moved or the Search feature.

If you have moved a Task to another user who has, in turn, moved it again, the Task will no longer appear in “Tasks I Moved”.

Extension Tasks

Shows all Extension Tasks that are in process.

An administrator can move Tasks in bulk from this view.

Outsourced

Displays all Tasks Outsourced to Xpitax that are in process.

Tax

Displays all Tax Category Tasks that are not assigned to a particular user.

Financial

Displays all Financial Category Tasks that are not assigned to a particular user.

Bookkeeping

Displays all Bookkeeping Category Tasks that are not assigned to a particular user.

Others

Displays all Tasks under Others Category that are not assigned to a particular user.

The Add Task wizard will prompt you through an automated workflow to create a new Task.
