Delete and Restore Deliverables

If a deliverable has been marked for deletion in a specific Task, XCM marks the deliverable “for deletion” (also known as a soft-delete) and does not delete it immediately.

This feature helps you to decide whether to permanently delete a deliverable record or to restore it if the original deletion was unintended.

From the Utilities menu, select Delete & Purge Utilities > Delete & Restore Deliverables. This opens the Delete & Restore Deliverables page.

To delete or restore a Deliverable:

1.    Select the check box beside the name of the client for whom the deliverable is applicable.

2.    Click Delete or Restore as required.
